For November’s “Tip of the Month” we have an idea as part of your marketing to patients that you have not seen for over 12 months, which we hope you find useful.

“Go into your data base and send a letter to all those who have not been back for 12 months or more offering entry into a prize draw for all those phoning and booking an appointment before a particular date. The winning prize(s) would be a power toothbrush.

This could also be offered to regular patients who have had recall letters if they book before a certain date. The power brush would cost around £30 so just one appointment would pay for the prize.”
